Training is a vital part of being a successful soccer player. Training will progressively increase in frequency and intensity as you progress through the club. Mini roos players may only train once a week, whereas Seniors may train 1-2 hours, 2-3 times a week.

Please see your coach/manager for full details of your training schedule. As a courtesy to your teammates, if you are unable to attend a training session, please let your coach/manager know well in advance.

For various reasons, at certain times of the year, training may not be at our home ground. Your coach/manager will keep you informed if this is the case. Please make sure you are aware of how this information will be conveyed to you so that you are in the right place at the right time.
